How do we find your Chicago Lakeview office?
We are on the 2nd floor, room 215 at 1300 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago, IL 60657. The building is just west of the Theater Wit building. We are in the same building as Rush Primary Care-Women's Health, Lakeview.
Enter on the east side of the building (the opposite side from the parking lot).
Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and please have a seat in the waiting area to be greeted by the therapist. We are in a shared office building, so we kindly ask that you speak quietly in the waiting area.
Is parking available at the Chicago Lakeview office?
Free parking is available in the building's parking lot after 5pm. During the day, there is ample free and metered street parking. Neighborhood side street permit parking restrictions do not go into effect until 6pm.
